Hasmukh founded Hestia with the goal to develop innovative and sustainable communities for seniors. In a short time he assembled a talented and experienced team of engineers, consultants and project managers to develop two large seniors campuses. Hasmukh earned his medical degree in the U.K. before moving to Canada in 1987. He established his family medicine practice in rural Alberta before moving to Medicine Hat in 1991 to continue his family practice until 2004. He is active in a number of boards and associations, and is the Alberta Continuing Care Association’s former president.
Davendra has over 25 years of experience in property development as an architect and entrepreneur. With creative and innovative design strategies, he has delivered on projects in value of over $500 million. He is an expert in the complexities of building housing communities, educational institutions, care facilities, commercial developments and industrial plants. Davendra is instrumental in the business development and expansion of architectural, engineering, and property development companies.
