With the new year and cooperative weather good progress is well underway at our construction sites.

Seton:  We are working on pouring the concrete for the main floor, quickly followed by the second floor. We have a strong and dedicated team on site and are hopeful that the weather continues to cooperate.

Walden Phase III:  Construction is on schedule with exterior finishes underway and ongoing.  The interior framing will be complete on all floors within the next few weeks.

Walden Phase IV:  The concrete Slab on Grade is complete as is the backfill and grading on the building.  Framing scheduled to start by the end of January.

Sagewood Phase III:  Framing of the 4plex is ongoing.  Construction is on target for a spring completion of this building.
